Start with the number on the screen

A wallet balance can include deposits and unrelated activity. A payout is the amount received from a position, not automatically net profit. A withdrawal shows that assets moved, not how those assets were earned.

To assess a trade, identify the entry cost, quantities, execution prices, fees, market result and proceeds. Keep the time period consistent when comparing different records.

Match the evidence to the claim

A public Polymarket profile can help you inspect activity. An explorer transaction can help confirm a transfer. Bot logs or an uninterrupted recording can provide context about execution. Each piece answers a different question.

A profile link alone does not establish that a particular bot executed every trade. A leaderboard listing documents participation or activity in an ecosystem; it is not a security audit or a guarantee of investment performance.

Look beyond the best trade

Ask how many trades are included, over which period, how much capital was used and whether losing trades and costs are included. One exceptional outcome does not tell you the average result, downside or probability of repeating it.

Selected testimonials describe individual experiences. They should not be presented as the expected performance of the entire customer base.
